5.Pay for the product.
We only accept Paypal prepay method. Your payment will only be transferred to IGS on condition that seller confirms that he completed the transaction and only when the buyer confirms that he/she received the product，can we transfer the payment to the seller so as to guarantee a 100% security. If sellers don't complete the delivery on time, buyers can cancel the transaction at any time. After you've won or purchased an item, click on the Pay Now button on the item page to pay quickly and easily with your PayPal account. Your seller will also send you an email with information on how to pay and where you should send payment.
6.How to get your order?
After the payment. If the seller chooses the face to face trade, please login and go to "MY IGS". Please press the button by the corresponding trade item which in your "WON" list. The seller will get the information and login to the game to complete the trade. Offering the best and most efficient online help available is IGS's mission.
If the buyer chooses to deliver the order by mail, please wait for the delivery and IGS will inform you as soon as the order is completed.
- After logging in www.igs.com, click on "MY IGS" located on the top right portion of the screen. Here you will sign up for your account, after you have input your valid information you shall receive confirmation from us. You can perform the following operations;

Choose your game, server & product.
Check or edit your details.
Confirm delivery method.
If everything is ok, you can bid & checkout.
You can then give us your Feedback for this purchase/delivery.
- First you will need to create a "buyers account" with our website. After you have logged in, on the left hand side you can find "Become a Seller" - enter this and enter your contact information. Our staff will then confirm your details. After this your account has permission to sell products on the website. With this account you can do the following operations;
Sell goods for your game & server
Enter product details
Set a price, payment/delivery methods & timeframe
Select a picture for your products
Double Check your information!
It will take only a few minutes for your products to be displayed on our website. If you choose the auction, the highest bidder will automatically win the item. After sale of the product you shall have the following operations at your disposal;
Check the buyer's information

Mark the product as sold & delivered in your account information. Allowing final confirmation from the buyer

- IGS offers the pre-pay by paypal option. When the buyer wins an item, he can find it on "MY IGS"->"won" section. Press the pay button for the merchandise and you will go to the payment page.
- IGS has utilized PayPal's "prepay" system which guarantees the buyers safety in all transactions. If you would like more information about this you can find it on PayPal's customer support.
- First, we use PayPal's "prepay" system. Only when the buyers get what they paid for, the seller can get the payment for goods; this will ensure the seller completes the trade on time.
Second, buyers can cancel the transaction if the seller hasn't completed the trade within 3 days and get their pre-payment back.
Third, the mission of IGS is to offer 24/7 online service and provide help with all issues.
- The seller decides the trade method. IGS offers different service and monitor modes for all trade methods. The buyer should follow the trade method the seller is offering to complete the trade. IGS also appoints trade method for some games and/or items.
- If the seller chooses "face-to-face", after the buyer completes the payment IGS will contact the seller and monitor delivery of the product. The seller will contact you for delivery. After receiving the item you are required to change the transactions status to "Received" in your IGS account - if you have not received the item or have not been contacted please get in touch with IGS immediately. If no feedback has been received within 3 days IGS will presume the order has been completed and release payment to the seller.
- In game mail system delivery method
If the seller chooses "mail system", after the buyer has paid, IGS will contact the seller and monitor delivery of the product. Please pay attention to your personal product information within your IGS account. When the status is "Sent" login to the game and check your purchase. Confirmation is then required ("WON") - if you have not received the item please contact IGS immediately. If no feedback has been received within 3 days IGS will presume the order has been completed and release payment to the seller.
- After the seller has received the prepaid money advance, the trade should be completed within 24hrs. If it is not completed within 3 days the buyer is able to cancel the trade. After the seller confirms that he has delivered the product, the buyer's confirmation is also needed within 3 days - if not they can inform IGS.
After the buyer successfully wins the bidding the Prepay should be completed within 24hrs. If this is not done within three days the seller cannot guarantee delivery.
