IGS Energy #12 on Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces list
IGS Energy lands at #12 on Inspiring Workplaces' list of the top 100 workplaces across the globe.
This week, the Inspiring Workplaces organization announced its list of the Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces across the globe, and IGS Energy landed at number 12 on the list.
Earlier this year, IGS was included on the organization’s list of Top 100 workplaces in North America, receiving two special recognition certificates, for best-in-class culture and purpose and best-in-class leadership.
The Top 100 list was compiled from the highest-scoring winners across each of Inspiring Workplaces' operating regions worldwide, including Asia, Australasia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa, North America, and the UK and Ireland. In each region, the organization asked case study questions consisting of the six key elements they believe are fundamental to creating an Inspiring Workplace. These elements are:
- Purpose and culture
- Company leadership
- Employee wellbeing
- Employee experience
- Employee voice
- Inclusion
Winners in each region were scored by an independent panel of workplace and human resources professionals.
