IGS Solar, a leading turnkey commercial and residential solar provider based in Ohio, and ORIX USA, an affiliate of diversified financial company ORIX Corporation (NYSE: IX), have partnered to develop, acquire, own, and operate a nationwide portfolio of commercial and industrial solar energy projects.

IGS was recently awarded by Columbus Business First as the fourth Healthiest Employer of Central Ohio in the medium company category.

IGS is pleased to announce that Doug Austin, the company’s executive vice president and chief sales officer, was recently named Dublin’s 2017 Business Person of the Year.

Across all of their offices throughout seven states, more than 700 IGS employees gave back to their communities, and companywide they provided more than 3,500 combined hours of volunteer service. Fifty organizations were supported during the All-Employee Day of Service.

IGS Solar, together with Melink Solar, Inc., recently completed construction of a 1 MW ground-mounted solar array in Rochester, Massachusetts.
